Dinosaur Inn is the best-run hotel I have visited this year. The suite was perfect. The furniture in the suite looked like it was new. The entire facility was clean and organized. The staff served a variety of breakfast items from their menu. It felt like home away from home. We plan to book again the next time we visit Vernal, Utah.

Very serviceable but overpriced

I am a budget traveler but I sprung for this place because of reviews. I was expected a lot more given the reputation. The rooms have been remodeled in a haphazard fashion. The light bulbs were mismatched and the lighting very ugly. Bed was comfortable which is very important to me. Breakfast was very forgettable. Would have been a good value for 70% of the price. The front desk person also was going to charge me for the room twice. Fortunately she double checked and saw that we have prepaid.

This is an older hotel that has been completely remodeled and is a nice place to stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is good, the breakfast was good, the place seemed well kept, except the floor in our room was just dirty. The floors are hard surface which I like, but it was like they just vacuum and never really clean the floor. I suggest they start cleaning the floors between guests. The dirty floor marred an otherwise good experience.
