As of March 2026, The Appalachian started a garage renovation project and also includes the small parking area up top. The garage will still be open during this project. In the months ahead, the community will also be upgrading several exterior surface areas, including the spaces behind the building near the pool, both entrances, and the areas surrounding the property along Route 94.

The pool area will remain open during your stay and the pool will be open.

This condo offers its guests a water park, ski-in/ski-out access, and a hot tub. A fitness center, a sauna, and laundry facilities are also featured at this condo.
