The stay was overall okay. We were woken up at 3:00 a.m. over a belligerently drunk man trying to fight a door. To beds were okay but they shake and move and the linens were a little thin. The breakfast was above average

My flight was delayed which caused me to come in later than I planned. I called the hotel as soon as I landed to let them know that I maybe there afternoon midnight. I spoke to such a wonderful lady I believe her name was Skyretta, and she told me not to worry, my room will be here when I arrived and it was. Customer service was excellent! Clean rooms, comfy beds. Handicapped bathroom was luxurious and safe. Breakfast was varied and very good, and the coffee was great, too! Very nice staff. I enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is falling apart and is very smelly. Lots of rust and broken walls. It needs some serious renovating. But I’m giving the 3 stars because the staff was extremely nice and attentive. Both the night and morning staff (specially). The breakfast selection is really good and again I couldn’t give enough compliments to the staff.
