Very short staffed, front lobby girl by herself trying to manage coffee and breakfast. Ran out of food and coffee, guests asking at desk and quite upset. Constant smell of weed from permanent resident at neighboring property. Chose and paid for premium room, ended up in handicapped room.

Great location/needs updated a bit

The hotel is in a great location. I think they need to update the doors for the rooms. I was able to hear everything in the hallway. If you're looking for a place to just sleep and not really stay and relax this is perfect.

Good value for the money

This was a reasonable priced hotel for a weekend trip. The balcony was appreciated, and room was clean and comfortable. The hallways and elevator were dingy and not well kept. There is limited beach area, but it seemed like a good place for families for a short period. Breakfast items were limited.

I liked that it was on the water. But it was the inlet not the ocean. I liked the hot tub and pool. It was cold out and the waters were warmed. But when i checked in, my room smelled like dirty mop and i had to air it out

Reasonably nice hotel for the cost.

Our room was facing the water. Nice views with a balcony. There was a small beach and dock below. Weather was not good so did not use any of these but it was quit enjoyable watching the dolphins! The hotel is dated but clean and was very quiet. The bed was reasonably comfortable but I thought the pillows were horribly uncomfortable-lumpy and too puffy-my husband thought they were not too bad. The first room we were in, had no heat so we spoke to the front desk and were moved right away to another room. The women at the front desk were efficient and very pleasant. They served a daily breakfast including coffee that was reasonably good. We were looking for an inexpensive hotel, which this hotel was. Of course you get what to pay for but given the price, it was overall not too bad and if the weather was better it would have definitely improved the experience. We would return and would recommend this hotel.
