I still have a pending charge on my account from after their 7 -10 business day hold. I Tried calling 4 times before getting ahold of a manager that was supposed to call me back twice according to staff. Finally got ahold of her and she could care less kept interrupting telling me it was up to my bank who literally said was up to Hoilday inn and that its holing for a whole month.Then I said excuse me no no she cut me off and said she was not going to get talked to this way and hung up on me

I'd stay again

It was just a quick one night stop over but it was a clean comfortable room. It seemed busy that night and parking was full but we weren't disturbed with other guest's noise. The location caused us to backtrack a little but just 2 miles.
