I requested a ground level room and was told none was available. The first room they gave me the toilet was inoperable. They issued me a 2nd room that had the same toilet plumbing problem! When I returned the 3rd time to ask for another room a gentleman checking in requested a ground level room and was given one. I again asked for a ground level room and they were able to provide one. The next morning when I checked out there was a girl at the front desk and I mentioned to her that the first two rooms i was given had toilet plumbing issues and her unprofessional reply was, “Better luck next time”. There will not be a next time, I was very disappointed in my stay. Your staff should get training on being professional and providing great customer service.

The service was terrible, the hotel tried to put us in a room type that we had not booked and refused to change the room or to refund us. The receptionist was unhelpful and rude.

Disappointed

My family and I are dedicated to the Holiday Inn because of the cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional hospitality from staff. However, on this visit, I was extremely disappointed. Although we had a reservation, all the rooms were booked and we had nowhere to stay. To make matters worse the front desk staff member was dismissive, rude, and made me feel as though it was my fault. I was left with 3 children and my elderly father, late at night, searching for a room and on the phone trying to get a refund for a room that I thought was secured. Support and assistance from the front desk would have restored my faith in the Holiday Inn.

Clean, Safe, Welcoming

Clean, safe, very welcoming. I was traveling alone as a single woman, staying for the week and felt completely safe and satisfied. The only minor thing was that the pillows were a little too flat for me but that subjective. Otherwise, I'd stay here again.
