Check in was a nitemare. We stood in line to check in, used expedia to prepay the room and was ready to pay the pet fee We finally get checked in with ID given and returned. Wife put our boston terriers in the room to allow her to assist me in unloading the car, as I am handicapped. As we traversed the lower level by the desk, the managed stopped us and asked for the door keys back. We surrendered them and he asked us if my name was steve No, I am not Steve, to which he began assigning us a new room. My wife came unglued as our pets were in the room. Eventually we were allowed to stay in the initial room. We dont need the stress of this individual.

Nice place as long as neighboring rooms follow rul

Facility was fine. Clean, comfortable. Neighbor in room next door apparetly didn’t know its a non-smoking facility...was awakened by the smell of pot at midnight. It came in under our door, strong enough to wake us up.
