The latch on the door for the security lock was loose. The screws were all loose so it could easily come off if someone tried to enter the room. The door knob for the bathroom door looked as if someone had drilled through it, it was almost falling off the door. The bed wasnt all that comfortable. And finally this next one is just me nitpicking but the shower head was low it came up to my chest. I am 6'3 though so if you're average height then it wont matter.

I like this property. It has certainly changed since my parents came here when the golf club was very active and they had the bar and restaurant

Crap!

Horrible! Parking lot has people outside hanging out all night. Was a woman screaming at the top of her lungs at her bf for a half hour. Rooms are old and crusty .upside ..It was cheap and the bed was comfortable . But id NEVER stay there again!

Worst hotel experience ever

I came from las vegas to victorville to handle so family business, after getting off work andcdriving 3.5 hours got to our room started settling in immediately saw there wasnt a kitchenette as descived in the lising. No fridge no microwave nada. Went to the restroom where i was greeted by roaches. The toilet paper had what appeard like blood. I made my complaint where they wanted to upgrade my room by moving us at 11:30 pm i was already exhausted from the day and having to get ready to deal with family drama hence the reason for getting a room for the night short trip was up at 5 as i was getting ready for the day jan 2 is when i figured out tgat it was likely hair dye on the toilet paper since it was all over the counter and shower. Checked out at 6:45 let the lady at the front know how unhappy i was she took a pic of the listed room and the " amenities" showed her the roaches and dirty restroom. She said i should have let them upgrade the room. No offer for a partial refund no apology she said shell have the manager contact me still waiting. Will NEVER stay again. Not even able to upload the photos on this site 😕 the customer service was of no help either. Was very disappointed and disgusted with the room and service all together.
