Great receptionist!

I had my dog with me. The receptionist was friendly, accommodating, and informative. She made check-in easy and quick. She gave me a first floor end room without me even asking. She even suggested a good place to walk my dog. She was great.

Fridge didn't work till we notified someone and i had insulin to store. TV didn't work till my husband fixed wires on the back. Remote basically unusable because buttons are all rubbed off. Someone left dirty socks in the nightstand drawer. And my daughter couldn't take a bath because sign in the bathroom said 'do not fill up the tub'. Unknown if this was a structural reason (2nd floor) or what.
