Actually 4 1/2 stars--but not quite a 5 star hotel. Spacious rooms. Excellent bed. Quality shower. Biggest complaint was HVAC right next to the bed--noisy and blowing when cycling on.

I will not stay at a Hyatt Place hotel again simply because the showers seem to be designed for tall, bald men. The shower heads are very high and not adjustable. Not everyone washes their hair every day! The door peephole is so high as to be useless. One should not have to LEAP UP to get on the bed. The desk phone does not have an option to reach the front desk!

Not only the breakfast menu was not fresh, the berries were all smooshed and looked like the came from a can. The melons were old and had changed color, clearly left from previous days. The scrambled eggs were dry, cold and had no taste.

The young man with the dark wavy hair that worked in the breakfast area in the mornings was quite a hustler with a happy attitude and a smile on his face. I appreciated his positive demeanor and willingness to always help or answer a question. When we stay, it’s usually for 10 days and the limited variety of the breakfast area does get taxing

It is right next to a busy road. Night time traffic will keep you up. They were out of most everything at the bar. The restaurant isn’t a restaurant. Staff are unfriendly and immature.
