We stay here a lot over the last several years. Property is getting more and more run down. A/C struggled to cool room. Room was very damp…carpet and even bedding was damp. They need to start updating this place…at $200 a night I will start staying down the road for a better options.

Everyone was wonderul but the room just stank. It was cleand and the jetted tub was clean too but for some reason there was an awful odor in the room itself.

The room was great my only suggestion would be to make the breakfast better. The breakfast eggs, sausage, and hash-brown looked odd/suspicious, we wondered if we may get sick from it. But we didn’t.

The Executive Queen room (shown in the photos as a spacious room with a fireplace and separate seating area) we paid extra for was nothing like the photos. We were assigned a very standard queen room. The front desk clerk, when questioned about the misleading photos, said “well I’m not responsible for the photos. Definitely not the point. Buyer beware.

I would rate it a 3 overall. Needs work

When I first got there they were going to put me in a room that had a broken door lock. That made me feel very uncomfortable.They did offer me a different room which I took. My question is why would they put me in a room they know the lock is broken. The breakfast is terrible. The hot tub didn’t work.

We felt the breakfast has gone a bit downhill in the past few years as the hotel has aged. There are less choices, eggs, sausage, waffles, limited pastries or toast, yogurt. There was no attendent in the breakfast area or at the front desk unless you asked/rang bell. It's okay place to stay, just realize it's an aging facility. Beds were comfortable.
