The staff were not particularly helpful at checkin. They provided a minimal amount of information but I had to ask very specific questions in order to learn anything useful. The room had seen better days. Trim was missing from one of the picture frames and the tub drain had to be propped open to drain properly. Housekeeping did a nice job. Service in the on-site restaurant was terrible. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

We had a good experience in the restaurant attached to the hotel. One of the attractions is the shopping village on the property, but at least half of the shops are empty. In the past the shopping village was much more busy. The shops listed by the hotel are not there at this time. The property is well cared for and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is located near many farms, restaurants, and other activities.
