This second floor 2 bed 2 bath unit has phenomenal mountain views with peak a bay ocean view and located on the Kings golf course. With over 1,230 square feet of indoor living space, the large wrap-around lanai is perfect for relaxing.

Here in the land of Aloha, your cares will melt away. In naming our hale “Wai Aloha” we hope to share our love of water that creates this tropical paradise; perfect for relaxing at waialoha.vacations.

Just a 10 minute walk to the white sands beach of Anaeho'omalu or A' Bay, which is great for swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, watching turtles, and one of the Island's best spot for sunsets. You will want to visit the Lava Lava beach club, a fun eatery where you can place your feet in the sand while listening to live music Also located in walking distance is the Hilton Waikoloa Resort and Waikoloa Marriott Hotel with abundant shops and eateries that host luaus.

More shops and restaurants are located in walking distance to the Queens and Kings Shop! Nearby enjoy walking and beach trails and the famous Kings trail and historic petroglyphs.

Our housekeeper takes great pride in keeping this home well stocked and clean. They are available for any little mishap or to even change a burnt out light bulb.

Our spacious 2 bedroom air conditioned luxury residence features extra living space and ceiling fans for natural ventilation, windows on all sides to capture tropical breezes, two large lanais with comfortable seating and dining area, and a closet full of snorkeling and sports equipment.

The central living areas is light with a quite atmosphere and decorated with local art with beautiful rugs and linens. Our two smart flat TVs can be connected to your streaming services with upgraded WiFi and cable. The kitchen and bathrooms reflect the natural beauty of Hawaii with sapele cabinets, upgraded appliances and fixtures, that is fully equipped and well stocked, perfect for entertaining or intimate dinners.

Our primary bedroom and bath features an oversized room with views of Mauna Kea, a new king sized bed with beautiful rugs and bedding. Our custom made hardwood live edge desk provides for private space for desk work. The bath has extra large shower, large overhead rain head and hand wand and two under mount double sinks in one of a kind custom made sapele wood cabinets with an elegant quartz surface counter tops.

The second bedroom has a private access to full bathroom with custom cabinetry and countertop. The twin beds can be converted into a king with comfortable ocean themed bedding and decor.

With a heated salt water lap pool and two salt water hot tubs, this will appeal to fitness swimmers, kids and sunbathers. There are six grills and large pavilion if you plan on hosting a family gathering. Finally there is a fitness room with free weights, resistance training and cardio machines.

Taxes: State of Hawaii's Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) of 10.25% and County of Hawai’i TAT of 3% are levied on the rental income. A General Excise of 4.25% is imposed on business activity and gross income received. The cleaning fee is calculated to include the GET tax .
