This is one of the worst experience I have ever had as regards hotel & room. If there is one word I can use to describe the whole experiece it will be "disappointing". The saddest part is that we went as a family & checked-in at night. Therefore the option of looking for another hotel when we were already tired from a long journey & kids were cranky, was no option. The room was thumbs-down; the entire hallway smelt of cigarette & possibly weed even though they claim to be 100% non-smoking. There was only two bath-towels & when I asked for extra, front-desk said they didn't have any. The mattress has visible, despicable stains & the mattress cover was ripped. Breakfast was 2/10 (perhaps switching to no-breakfast would've been better. Front-desk that checked us in lacked hospitality & empathy. At first he tried to give me a room different from what I requested; and when I checked the room & saw it was different, instead of offering a reasonable option, he rather asked if I wanted my refund. At such a time of the night? I could spend the whole day typing about my experience but summarily I would never ever go to such hotel. Unfortunately, I would stir clear of wyndam.

This hotel is in horrible condition. The carpet is stained the linens stained the tub wasn’t clean. It smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as you enter the lobby. There was a thick extension cord running the length of the room to turn the tv on. We left immediately
