"My first stay at the London Inn and it was a very enjoyable one . The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating, helpful and welcoming. Fabulous breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend The London Inn , it's also a fabulous base if you want to explore Cheltenham and the cotswolds. I will definitely return if I visit Cheltenham again."

"Check in was relatively poor, hotel journey from car park involved a number of stairs etc. AC in room excellent, but position of TV on wall made it difficult to watch and desk was cramped in corner, needs better layout."
