I had a chance to talked to front desk clerk and housekeeper and both of them were so polite and professional. The hotel was pretty clean and breakfast pretty good for the rate/price. The hotel added it to the great experience to tour Whitman College. Thank you Walla Walla for the wonderful memories with my family 💕

Heater very noisy all night, One tiny bar of cheap soap for 2 people to use both in shower and hand washing. No room by bathroom sink to set anything. Bare bones room

Two nightstands but only one lamp and a really raggedy arm chair made the rest of the room seem less pleasant. Clean and comfortable otherwise but it was a surprise that breakfast was not served after 9am on a Saturday and that fact was not mentioned on check-in.

Terrible best Western I’ve ever seen in the breakfast was a joke. There was no eggs. It was just a joke. It was old and dated and just musty smelling. I would never stay there again and well overpriced.

I’m mystified by the other reviews praising this dump. We stayed two nights in April 2025. The carpets were ratty and un-vacuumed. There were holes in the wall. Everything was dirty and before bringing our stuff in, we wiped everything down. The towels were those small thin ones you used to see only at Motel 6. The room was tiny. Our three suitcases filled it up. The furniture was thrift store quality and beat up to a pulp. The whole place smells of mold. I can’t disagree with the other reviews more. This is a dump that shouldn’t cost more than $59 a night.

We were coming to Walla Walla for an admitted students day, so most hotels were booked or very expensive. This was the best deal around, and the hotel was a bit rundown and could use an update. Beds were a little hard, and the air coming out of the air conditioning units when we exited smelled quite moldy. We had a much better experience on a previous trip staying at the La Quinta.

This is a newly renovated motel. It is in a convenient location just off Hwy 12, but it is very quiet. It was clean and the staff was very helpful.
