It was a beautiful room, comfy bed. Shower with built in seat was great for my handicapped husband. Wish there was a coffee pot in the room. The wifi was SLOW. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Terrible experience

It was a terrible experience. After checked in, we found a fly in the room. Then there was a lot of noise coming from the next room. The combined situation prompted us to request to change a room. The front desk lady wasn’t willing to make a change for us. So, we left without staying overnight. Then they initiatively agreed to refund us, then denied to refund us. Even the hotel.com staff have talked to them for a few times. The staff in that hotel is deceitful.

We will use ANY excuse to stay at the Isle. We love the restaurant, the games are great, the atmosphere is phenomenal, the arcade is super fun even for adults, the rooms are spacious and really nice. Absolutely love being here!
