Concert getaway

The staff was friendly. Easy check in. The location perfect. Lots of nearby food. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was good, too. Only problem, was ac. It was either freezing or clammy. I recommend staying there. :)

Great location, comfortable hotel, great staff.

We had a large group book to attend a great 2 nights of live music at the Martin Theater/Center. The hotel location was great and we could walk to eat, shop, it was great.

The building is clean and well maintained. Breakfast selections are good and ice machine on every floor. The entrance to the parking lot is in need of repair. The pavement between the Mexican restaurant and the Hampton is broken and rough.

The staff was very friendly as a whole. But one stood out. The lady who prepares and works the breakfast area, she was fantastic! Its rare that you see someone who takes that much pride in their work and serving people. She is a gem!!! 5 STAR SERVICE!!

The “kitchen” staff was friendly, but the front desk clerk was asleep on her feet. She was not unpleasant, but simply went through the motions. The property was surrounded by condemned buildings. You had to drive through that parking lot to get to the Hampton. Very dirty and full of trash and debris. It wasn’t very welcoming if you know what I mean.

Night and Day experience.

Check in was a bit rough because the night clerk was very unfriendly. It was night and day difference the next morning (pun intended) the morning staff was sooooo amazing. The bed was soft pillows were good. Cleanliness was good, room was stock well.
