The location is great for our needs. Cleanliness is good. However there were some spots clearly missed on the shelving above and below the bathroom sink. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Townsplace accommodated after our original hotel overbooked and had no available room for us. The room was clean, spacious, and comfy. Bathroom was clean. Indoor pool was a little too cold for my kids (it was 60° outside lol), but having a bathroom specifically for pool users was a plus. Very nice

I wasn't happy with the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom wasn't very clean, the room smelled musty and the room had little piss ants everywhere. When we were packing up to leave I even found the ants in my suitcase. The front desk didnt seem to care. I WOULD NOT recommend!!

My room had no heat we stayed two night and the temperature got down to 35 at night and I reported that it wasn’t working three times I had three small babies with me and the did nothing and couldn’t fix the problem
