This hotel was the perfect location for our weekend visiting Kennebunkport for Christmas prelude and Ogunquit for Christmas by the Sea. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and 24 hour coffee/tea bar. There was even space for gathering with friends to play cards! The only issue we had was learning the shower did not work when we went to take showers the first morning. We had to switch rooms and luckily there was one available nearby. It was an inconvenience and the front desk was very apologetic but it really was an annoyance. If not for that, the rating would have been excellent!

I really liked the breakfast the two days I was there. Lots to choose from 😊. Rooms were nice. I liked having liquid hand soap and the shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash were in big bottles. Enjoyed the warm pool. Everything was great!

First thing I smelled was a clean bleach smell as I entered the room. Trifecta… Sheets were clean, bathroom was clean and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and actually took interest in how we were doing. The coffee was hot and fresh. Parking was plenty and well lit so we felt safe. Groceries and restaurants are walkable in a plaza nearby. The beach is just down the road that offered free parking and a restroom. Over all a nice place to stay.
