This charming property is perfect for up to 6 guests. With 3 queen size beds in separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you'll have all the space you need. Spread out between two living areas, one featuring a game room! Located just outside of town, enjoy the tranquility of the countryside with fantastic stargazing and wildlife while being close to the heart of Wellsboro. Explore the PA Grand Canyon, pedal along the Pine Creek Rail Trail, and immerse yourself in town amenities and local festivals.

As you enter, you’ll be captivated by the gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen featuring a Keurig, blender, dishwasher, and more! This space flows seamlessly into the cozy living room, complete with a large flat screen TV and views of the picturesque countryside. Step down to the Game Room in the walkout basement, where you can challenge your friends and family to the exciting games of Foosball and Air Hockey. Heading upstairs, you’ll find the second floor with a Primary Bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom, ensuring your privacy. Two additional bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations for all guests. Central Air provides comfort on all levels of The Dodge House!

We provide a starter home kit with a limited supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags. Feel free to use them, but please be prepared to bring any additional supplies you and your group may need for your entire stay. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience, ensuring a hassle-free getaway.

The location is fantastic as the house is close to get to food and fun and yet it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Everything was great. Games in the basement, a fire pit for a nice fire, and plenty of room in the clean house. This is a great place to stay!

Dodge House Oct 24 stay

We had a great time staying at the Dodge house. Location was beautiful and secluded. House was clean, well stocked and comfortable. House is close to several beautiful state parks but away from other people so you can enjoy the beautiful country side with out people on top of you. Will definitely come back again!!!

Amazing house and property- what a gem!

We loved our time staying here! The house was incredibly clean, kitchen well stocked with whatever we needed for cooking, and our kids loved the game room downstairs. We all slept SO well- the beds were very comfortable. Great space for our family of 6. It feels nice and secluded, but it’s only a short drive into town and very close to the Pine Creek Rail Trail access points (our main reason for the trip was to ride the trail and ride we did!). We will definitely be back!

The location of the property was excellent for our purpose. It was secluded offering excellent views over the valleys and views of the night sky. We did use the fire pit one evening, the host had conveniently provided both kindling and enough wood split for us to enjoy two or three hours around the fire after the sunset. Our trip purpose was to ride several of the bicycle trails that gave access to the PA Grand Canyon. 3 of the 4 trail access points were within 20 minutes of the property and our chosen fourth location was only a 30 minute drive. The home worked perfectly for the four of us (two couples) traveling together but could easily have accommodated 2 more. Would definitely stay again if we are anywhere close by in the future.

Great place overall

Love the location, away from it all and yet near to town and local attractions. The place was clean. Despite the picture of the garage, there is no baseball hoop. Lots of books available to read. No games. Not enough places to hang wet towels. Ended up throwing them in the dryer every day. Only spices are salt and pepper so make sure you bring what you need. If you need a big pot, bring that too. Plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was so nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the view of the night sky was beautiful. You can see a lot of stars at night. I will definitely book this property again at some point.
