The gourmet kitchen features a Wolf gas range and Sub-Zero refrigerator and stone counter tops. The piano shaped breakfast bar is just one example of the outstanding craftsmanship displayed throughout the house. Additional amenities include Central A/C, plasma TV plus 3 additional TV's with expanded cable, (each with DVD player) and WiFi. Upstairs primary bedroom is en-suite with a beautiful sitting room with a private deck facing the ocean, there is also and a separate, private loft area with 2 extra twins and even a whirlpool tub in the master bath! No need to go all the way to the kitchen for morning coffee or snacks as the loft space offers a second floor kitchenette with coffeemaker, refrigerator and a second microwave too. The main floor offers a second master bedroom with full bath including spacious shower. The finished lower level has a regulation size pool table and bunk beds for extra sleeping space. There is an enclosed outdoor shower, high end furnishings, a porch and patio off the main floor and a deck off of the second floor. Maximum of 3 cars in driveway at all times.
