Vermont bike trip 2025

Great little “niche” hotel. Serves as a great base camp for local activities. The owners are very involved, and were very knowledgeable of the area. Can’t say enough about the breakfast and service. I appreciated the biker friendly atmosphere as I was on a solo trip. The clientele seemed seemed to be mostly return customers, and knew the owners by name. I take an annual trip to the area, I will definitely make this my stay in the future.

Just got back from a 3 night stay at the Inn. First time ever at a B&B for me. I don't think I will ever go to another hotel again. This inn was rustic (very Vermont'ish) which I liked, room was clean and it was QUIET. Thats a big plus for me. The owners were friendly, caring, and just down to earth good people. Breakfast was very good. They have a nice fireside firepit outside and I met some really good people there. I'm a no frills kind of person. I don't need a 5 star hotel nor could I afford one. And when I travel, I rarely go back to the same hotel because most times I am disappointed. But I will definitely return to this Inn again without hesitation. Can't wait to go back!

Charming inn with old world ski lodge vibes- think knotty pine walls. Room was very clean and cozy. Good hot breakfast each morning. Staff very friendly and helpful. I requested - and received- a ground floor room because of mobility issues. I knew there was no elevator, per Expedia listing, but the dining room was up a long flight of stairs for breakfast each morning. If you cannot do stairs, this may not work for you. Several restaurant options just down the road. Great fire pit and chairs outside in the evening. Also has indoor family room on ground floor with plenty of seating and games you can use with shared refrigerator and microwave in this area.

Very cozy snow lodge type hotel. Still a nice quirky place to stay off-season. Erin was super accommodating since my wife broke her ankle after the room was booked. Owners very friendly people

The two owners greet you at the reception desk and immediately make you feel at home. I had numerous conversations with them over the course of my two day stay. Anything I asked for, I got. Breakfast was made fresh each day by one of the owners. Having stayed in 15 hotels in the last 30 days, I would rate this the highest. Would recommend to anyone. Will definitely stay there again if the need arises. 10 out of 10 :-)

Lovely inn with a B&B vibe, friendly couple who run it and super close to Mount Snow. Rooms are older but comfortable. Game room and ski storage on ground level. Yummy breakfast.

Highly recommend this bed and breakfast! I would definitely stay here again. It's a very comfortable place with amazing homemade breakfast and a friendly atmosphere. We stayed here 2 nights while visiting Mount Snow and it was a great location, too. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable. There was a TV in the room, but it was very small and not great quality -- but, that wasn't what we wanted to stay for anyway! The ski locker room was a very cool feature if you want to get suited up at the inn and take the Moover shuttle to the mountain. There's also lots of books and games if you're looking for something to do with your family. Thank you for a great experience!

Had a great week at the Kitzhof Inn. Erin and Andrew are amazing hosts. Breakfast each morning is fantastic. Location to Mt Snow is ideal like a 6 min drive. Will definitely stay here next time we are back!
