Ski-in/Ski-out Condo with central air -Seasons on Mt. Snow

M-22 in BUILDING M is located in a privately owned community 1/3rd way up Mt. Snow. This is a Four Season Resort. M Building uses a Black Diamond ski path to the main trail which starts from the front door of the building called slope-side. For beginners and intermediate walk to the stairs behind building M to the trail.
My unit is centrally air conditioning for summer month stays especially around Four of July Festivities. Consider staying at my condo for all 4 seasons. There are many festivals during Spring, Summer and Fall as well as Mt. Snow's festivities on and off the mountain making Mt. Snow a true 4 Season Resort.
Irish Bands, land sports, fishing tournaments as well as water sports are nearby. For the very calm, Manchester offers great shopping, antiquing, and historical sites as well as museums and eateries to visit. You can go online to coordinate your time with all up coming events the mountain has to offer for your family.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND when booking my condo at Seasons on Mt. Snow, Seasons Community please be aware Seasons Resort is not affiliated with Mt. Snow, nor it's Base Lodge Resorts. We are a separate community. Cleaning service is provided by the owner through an outside company. Cleaning is between stays only. Check in time is 3:00PM, departure is 10:30 AM.

M-22 is a one floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium ski-in/ski-out/slope-side condo using the Black Diamond Trail.
Condo M22 is a fantastic choice for small families and adult getaways. Total occupancy sleeps 4 . Our prices are competive and summer pricing includes central ac. The cozy living area features a great room, a wood burning fireplace, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and plenty of seating for the family to relax. You can also step out onto the private balcony to take in the view of trees, hear a mountain brook, and breathe brisk mountain air. The full galley kitchen features massive granite counters, new major appliances and in cabinet cookware you’ll need to cook your meals. Nearby produce and prime meats are found along Route 100 heading to Mt. Snow or along route 9.
The Sports Center offers plenty of amenities, including: large indoor and outdoor heated pools; sauna and steam room; an exercise room; private ski lockers. All pool towels are supplied by the center.
ROOM DESCRIPTION:
Master bedroom: queen bed, bathroom with granite counters and tub/shower.
Bedroom 2: Offers 2 twin beds, Small flat screen TV.
Hall Bathroom: Full bathroom with granite counters and shower.
BE MINDFUL of hot water (small water heater) and do not leave water running in sinks, bath when not in use.
NO PETS- NO EXCUSES / NO SMOKING
FYI: House Cleaning service will report to the owner/VRBO any damage incurred as a result of one’s own behavior or actions. Replacement charge will be added to your credit card.
RENTER must be a minimum of 35 years.
PARKING: 2 parking space tags are provided by the owner please be respectful and do not break. Return them to the ski cubbies in the condo foyer for owner use.

This condo offers its guests an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, ski-in/ski-out access, and a hot tub. A fitness center, a sauna, and barbecue grills are also featured at this condo.
