The reason for two stars instead of one is the cleanliness and the people that work there. Otherwise it’s a one star hotel. I have neuropathy and booked an accessible room. When I got there I couldn’t find a luggage cart, although the presumed owner said he had two. Nowhere to be found. The room was stark like a prison cell with glaring lighting and no human warmth or decoration. Had to ask why the heat/ac unit didn’t work. The power was shut off at the electrical box in the hallway. The bathroom didn’t have even one hand hold in or near the shower/tub, or anywhere else in the bathroom. And the advertised breakfast was pitiful. And a loud obnoxious workman was hollering in the lobby with the presumed owner so loud that I couldn’t hear what the desk clerk was saying to me from behind the bulletproof looking glass and plastic barrier. I immediately regretted booking my room there.
