The room was comfortable and clean. It is not a very quiet hotel. Check In was NOT allowed until 3:00. At 3:00 there was no one at the front desk and five guests were waiting to check in in front of me. I called the main number. A man answered the phone and I let him know that I was there to check in. He stated that check in was not until 3:00. I replied that I understood and that there was no one at the front desk and several guests in the lobby. He yelled check in is at 3:00 and hung up the phone. The young man who did arrive at the front desk was nice and was surprised at all of the complaints the guest waiting had in regards to the previous gentleman they had spoken with as well. One couple gave up waiting and went to another hotel.

I would never again book at this hotel nor would I recommend it to anyone. The room and bathroom reeked like musty mildew. Just walking around made me feel dirty. There was only one coffee lid in the room and it was dirty with coffee stains on the inside which most likely fell when an previous guest made their coffee. This place was just gross. A colleague of mine who was also staying said she found baby cockroaches in her room. The Google reviews for this hotel said several other visitors found bed bugs! This place needs some serious fumigation and new management

Nothing works you get a surprise 150 dollar deposit sprung on you, the manager if you ask him any sort of standard question like can I get extra towels he flips out. Every night is a 150 deposit I almost had to just eat the money I spent bc usually deposit information is included in the post so that you know you can afford to stay there. The pool doesn’t work, the elevator doesn’t work. I chose this place bc it was super cheap but after they add in all the fees and taxes and unexpected security deposit, I should have taken a limo to nyc and stayed at the plaza hotel.

We stay here every Christmas night after being with family. It's always nice. It's definitely the go-to on that day for dog owners (like me), so expect dogs.

I absolutely had no phone/internet the entire weekend. I put in correct WIFI but the connection was very poor. I had to go outside every single time to talk on my phone. You always have to wait for someone to show up at front desk

A few glitches but quiet & very comfortable

There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived at 3pm check-in. They couldn't give us a room that didn't face the highway; however, when we tried to get into the room the door key did not work. I had to go down a long corridor twice to get this rectified. The front desk fellow upgraded us to a King bed in a room not facing the highway. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel so quiet you could hear a pin drop. We slept soundly. Clean, orderly room, too.

1) Fridge was warm and smelled horrible. I asked to switch rooms; the clerk said all other rooms were reserved and he could only swap out the fridge. I asked him the next night how many rooms were there, and he said 90. So, on a Monday night all 90 rooms were reserved when there were less than 10 cars in the parking lot? So he lied to me. He just didn't want to do the paperwork of a room change I guess. He discovered that the fridge was unplugged so he plugged it in, and it got cold. 2) Bathroom was freezing even when I left the door open the whole time. The heat in the bedroom was fine but doesn't go into the bathroom. 3) I dropped a pen and when I went down to pick it up, I found a top to a can. Looked like a top to a can of hairspray or something. It was quite large, so it shows me housekeeping is not good. I took a picture of it and left it on the desk. 4) I didn't notice there wasn't a hairdryer until I got out of the shower the first morning after my first night there. I called the front desk and asked if there is supposed to be a hairdryer or if they didn't have them there. Was told there is supposed to be one. My hair was wet as I waited for him to bring me one. It means housekeeping isn't doing their job because when they "cleaned" that room after the last guest, there was no hairdryer, and they should have replaced it. 5) It's a smoke-free hotel but I could smell cigarettes the first night and weed the second night. 6) It smells when you walk in. Carpet must be old.
