I stayed in Room 421 and was very disappointed with the overall condition. The room felt bare, with undecorated, plain walls that gave it a cold and unfinished look. More concerning was the cleanliness — the bathroom had a strong odor of urine, and the bed sheets also had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the telephone in the room wasn’t working, making it difficult to contact the front desk for assistance. For the price and expectations, this experience fell far short. I hope management takes these issues seriously and addresses them for future guests.
