Staff was friendly. It was very quiet. Beds are comfortable. We have stayed in the past and will continue to stay here in the future. Walkable to shopping, dining and other activities.

Love this hotel! Free laundry, just gotta be quick when it’s open. Very friendly staff, also loved being able to do s’mores with the kids out by the fire pit. Didn’t use the pool or fitness area but they looked very well maintained. Nice area as well, very safe.

Loved this place. They charge a resort fee, but we felt that we got a lot for the fee compared to what other hotels usually offer. The breakfast was very generous albeit somewhat repetitive (it's a nice spread, but the food options were identical each day). The s'more kits were awesome. They offer free laundry (just pay for detergent). The indoor pool is small and cozy, but still fun for my kids. We even borrowed binoculars from the camp host. And occasionally, they have free cookies for guests! The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a great option for our family.

When we arrived at the Gray Wolf Inn, we were informed that they did not have room for us. They said that the previous guests caused damage to the room. They didn't try and save a comparable room for us, they just gave what they had away to people who arrived earlier than we did. So, they had us stay at another property all together that they owned called the Yellowstone Park Lodge. I had specifically requested a quiet room, not near the elevator or ice machine. They room they gave us was right across the elevator and above a common seating area outside a gas fireplace where guests congregate. They had no other choices as all the other rooms were booked. This was a major inconvenience as after 2 flights and a 2 hour drive, my choice was starting from scratch to find a hotel or take this room.

As close as you can get to Yellowstone. We could hear the wolves howl from the wolf and grizzly center while making smores, free to borrow binoculars and walking sticks, breakfast was good enough

This is a wonderful hotel near Yellowstone National Park. Me and my family stayed there for 2 nights and we really enjoyed our time there. The location is really good, just 3-min driving to the west entrance of the park. It has free laundry service as well, which is really what we need. The breakfast is good. Staffs are very nice. I would definitely recommend it.
