Friendly staff, right downtown West Yellowstone - within walking distance of shops, restaurants, etc. (4-5 blocks). Would stay here again and already recommended this place to someone.

The hotel had amazing decor in the lobby but that was about it. As soon as we entered our room we saw dead flies on the floor near the heater area. Strands of hair on the bed and in the bathroom. A small insect was crawling on the bed. The breakfast was mediocre at best.

An older hotel, but it is very clean. Close to everything. 8 minutes to Yellowstone entrance. Do NOT eat at the Pizza and sandwich place across the street. It is awful. Try the Buffalo Bar and the Pancake House.

We stay at this property at least twice every winter. The staff we have worked with are kind but not necessarily outgoing or involved. It is always clean and everything is walkable(really most of the accommodations are but especially convenient). I do enjoy the indoor parking in the winter as well!

Great cozy inn. Cleaning staff and front desk are great. The girl who runs the breakfast in the morning is on top of it- very friendly, nice, and sweet. Staff is knowledgeable about things to do around the park in the winter and very accommodating. Will stay there again when I am back in town next time.
