The inside look of the cabin is amazing with all woods. However, we had to switch to different cabins three times. We unpacked 4 times and packed up 3 times to check in due to many issues of each cabin. The first check in, this cabin door lock was falling off the door and could not be locked. The second check in, the cabin was great, but we had to check out after two days because this cabin was not available after two days. The third check in, there was no hot water in this cabin. Finally, the fourth check in, we had a big cabin with three queen beds. The cabin is big but was not what we wanted. We (my husband and I) only needed one bed. So the upgrade was useless for us. We were very disappointed with the conditions and handlings of the situations. Again, we had to unpacked four times and packed up three times just to move in the four different cabins. The staff did not care for our inconvinence at all.

A lovely property. Log cabins seem to be rather rustic, but once inside it had everything we needed. Annette and Dylan were especially good to work with. All in all, a wonderful experience for two grandparents and three granddaughters! Oh, and a small yapper dog.

We loved our cabin at Hibernation Station. The beds were amazing and it was wonderful to have a full kitchen. It is on the edge a town but within driving of everything. The only down item was that the tv did not work the second night.

Our fireplace didn’t work they fixed it and broke again, office was always closed maybe cause of off season. Called for towels no one ever showed up. Tv is horrible the streaming is constantly buffering called no one showed up. Wont stay there again

Cozy cabin for the night

Shawn, in the main office, checked us in and was very welcoming and courteous. He gave us easy directions to our cabin for the night and was very thorough with our checkout procedures. The room was very warm and cozy and we had a great night’s sleep after a long day of travel. I’m not sure if they keep the Christmas lights on year round but it definitely felt like a winter wonderland with the pretty lights and snow on the ground. Would definitely stay again since the rooms were affordable and the hospitality was great.
