We booked this hotel last minute because we were planning on camping but had a member of our group get a flat and go down on a motorcycle so we needed to stay in a cleaner environment, I didn’t have high expectations because it was the cheapest cheapest available but I was really shocked how nice this hotel really was. The rooms were clean and spacious, the hotel was nicely decorated to match the theme and they have the most amazing delicious free breakfast. I’ve stayed at probably thousands of hotels at this point in my life and never have I experienced such a lovely free breakfast, they had so many delicious options that I wanted to try but couldn’t eat anymore. There are many options of where to stay in this area, butI would definitely look for this place to book again. Every single person I interacted with in the hotel was very sweet and helpful and truly seem like they just wanted you to have a good stay.

Overpriced.

We were put on second floor and there was no elevator. After we were settled in our room, someone started banging on our door. I was reluctant to answer, but the pounding continued. When a non-English speaking couple showed me their keycard it was the same room number as ours. They left and suppose were given another room. The motel is overpriced for its condition. I will say they had a very good breakfast.

The hotel is a bit dated, but you can't beat the location near Yellowstone. You're paying mostly to save on driving each day when visiting the park.

The staff spoke with an accent that was difficult to understand, so I misunderstood the directions to the room and we parked our back, as instructed. When we arrived at the back of the rooms, the key cards did not work and after several times of contacting the staff, we finally realized that the entry to the rooms were in the courtyard and not in the back. I overheard another guest talking about the same issue. Otherwise, our stay was fine.

Very convenient to the west entrance of Yellowstone NP. Carpet in room was dirty and old. The breakfast buffet had a great selection to choose from. Beds were uncomfortable which hurt my lower back.

Very old-fashioned place with extremely nice staff, but no elevator for second floor rooms. Make sure you have light luggage or ensure that you book on the first floor. Great location for access to park, and plenty of parking on the street. Breakfast included.

Staff was very nice. Our room was very musty smelling, carpet had tears in it, the ac didnt work unless we turned it off and on periodically and there was zero hot water in the shower. Beds & sheets were clean.

This property is old but clean. Very convenient to Yellowstone. However, it was very noisy! Doors slamming. It sounded like the people in the room above were going to come through the ceiling. There were 3 in our party but only 2 could eat the “complimentary” breakfast. The 3rd would have to pay $13.95.
