Breakfast was great and staff were wonderful! Had an issue with a bathroom odor which they did resolve after two requests and the carpet in the room had a big stain which makes it look kind of dirty but otherwise the room was clean and overall the stay was good.

we liked that the reservation comes with a free breakfast however sometimes it was hard to find a seat because they accommodate large groups traveling by bus. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice. The location is perfect, very close to the entrance to the west gate of Yellowstone NP.

Very helpful, friendly staff. At check-in I was given a whole bunch of dining options with personal recommendations. My room was very clean and surprisingly quiet even though I was right next to the vending area and the elevator.

Amazing stay in West Yellowstone

The staff is friendly and responsive for any and every query. The breakfast spread was delicious. The room we stayed in was huge! It was big enough for a family of 4 for a few nights stay. The entry to the national park is only a mile away so that's a bonus.
