This is an excellent choice for families, business travelers or even a staycation get away! Great amenities, appropriately friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean, good food options for a great continental breakfast, a family game room, gym, pool and jacuzzi and a spa! The room was gorgeous, clean, quiet and the bed really comfy. I personally loved having an iron and ironing board in the room. very helpful. the decor is tasteful, great water pressure in the shower and all around a restful stay. Great choice!!

A really lovely hotel. The reception is very welcoming and so were the staff - always spoke on the way on or when going out for the day. The rooms were spacious- we were 3 adults with a 2 bed room- the bed linen was super soft and the beds and pillows very comfortable. The only downside to the hotel was the internal noise - it was terrible! The noise from the corridor was so loud it was as if there was no door to the room. Other guests showed no consideration even at 1:45am! The cleaning staff also were very loud shouting up and down the corridors even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door. A real shame as everything else was lovely.

I stay at this location several times a year in business. My last staying a few things i noticed. Having breakfast instead of instrumental music ( a nice way to start your morning) it was lowed and done rock in roll, not in the morning! I stayed at the PH floor, i saw someone boots for two day on the walkway and some pizza boxes.

I enjoyed everything about Viana Hotel & Spa, and if i have to refer anyone that going to hemsteap for a few that will be the first place in mind, David the security guard was so friendly, the front staff very knowledgeable and helpful, the bar, drinks are a big 10, the breakfast buffet was very good and lots of choices, i didnt try the restaurant for dinner but from what i heard its sound very good as well, the room was very clean and anything that i couldve ask for was already there, my kids enjoy the pool and me the jacuzzi and Saunas, everything went above my expectations, Great Staff overall, Keep it up Viana, and i hope to visit again in a near future.
