I had called the prior day and spoke directly to the staff person at the hotel and asked them if possible could my suites be adjoining. The lady I was speaking to was very nice and said that shouldn’t be a problem she would do what she could. I also asked about early check in and she said that after 12 if my rooms were ready. I thanked her and did that we would see her the next morning. When we arrived it was a couple minutes to 12 and I went to the front desk to see if the rooms would be ready and the girl at the front desk was so rude she responded I’m I Don’t think but I’ll check and I said did we get adjoining rooms and she said uh no those have to be blocked in advance and I said oh I talked with someone yesterday and she said she would definitely try and her response was uhh I was her all day till 3 and I never got your call and I said well I called I checked my phone to make sure with her that the phone number I called was correct and it was and I checked my phone log and I spoke to a lady from the hotel at 10:10 in the morning the prior day She said one room was ready and we would wait for other room but not adjoining which was fine She basically said I was lying about the call and that was very upsetting The final straw was when we went to take our grandchildren and family to the pool that we had packed for the POOL WAS ClOSED and was not told on the website or in person This hotel stay has been very disappointing 😢

Very nice room! It was much larger than expected with a nice lounge area with sink, fridge, and microwave. The room and hotel was modern and very clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of foods and healthy options.
