Long waiting time at check-in with only 3 parties in the queue. Receptionist looked very inefficient. He also made big mistake of reading out my credit card number to the guest ahead of me. House-keeping was a big problem. Again the same receptionist never informed me about the unavailability of daily room service. Finally when I asked, then he told me that room cleaning was not done everyday, and that the service had to be requested on a daily basis. He did not provide that information at initial check-in. So I requested room-cleaning right away and he said the room would be cleaned that day. As it turned out, the room was not cleaned for the next two days. It was finally cleaned only after I voiced a complaint to the new receptionist. This poor service is totally unacceptable. And the breakfast is terrible. I come to this area very often to visit family, but no way am I going to stay in this hotel again.

Heat very inconsistent, a lot of mold in bath, strong smeĺl of cleaning products , I asked for clean towels and did not get any. I do not recommend Days Inn and would never stay in anotjer one. I asked for a refund for the third night because because we only stayed two nights not three.

Room was not cleaned well. We found used condom wraps under bed. Hair on sheets and side table. Floor was dirty. I will not be staying there ever again. Staff was very cold in greetings. I can not and will not recommend the place. I will let friends and family know to never stay there.

Awful experience. Didn’t have the king non smoking room I had booked. Put me in a queen smoking room that hadn’t been turned over - bed slept in tv on trash and towels everywhere. Went downstairs to complain, they put me in another smoking room with two full size beds. One of the beds had brown stains on the sheets once you pulled back the cover blanket. Shower barely worked and sink wouldn’t drain. Awful.
