The suite was large and very comfortable. The location was easy to get to, free parking was awesome, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff was great. The bartender was very accommodating to us despite us having a large group who made a bit of a mess with pizzas that we brought in. We will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

Family visit

Was upgraded to a nice room for no additional cost and without asking. Room was comfortable. Light in bathroom went out over the tub, but I let them know they could wait until we left to replace it as we only had one night left. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was well stocked with plenty of variety to choose from. Great location.

Hyatt house was a good experience. There were a couple of things that I didn’t appreciate. One was I was assigned to a room in a busy area on the second floor. So the first day I woke up at 5 AM to the sound of a truck right outside my room That stayed for 45 minutes while they unloaded food and supplies. When I went to the workout room, the peloton elliptical next to the window made noises although it function properly. The first time I went to that Hyatt house was a better experience. I had a better room assignment. Everything was quiet and the fitness room worked fabulously so I know they can do better.
