We picked this location to be convenient to the train into Manhatten. Our room was not serviced when they said it would be. We had to call to get fresh towels. There was access to a laundry room, but the dryer door latch was broken and the door had to be propped shut with a chair. No microwave in room, it was by the ice machine. We found an alternate hotel with better accommodations at a lower price.
