Arrived on Sunday night for one night stay. Lobby was dirty- only one elevator working also dirty- the hallway and room smelled of cleaner / air freshening chemicals so strong it made you nauseous. Told the front desk we were checking out / did not want another room. Asked for manager, they said she wouldn’t be in until Wednesday - called Wednesday left message. No return call for days- called Wyndham corporate office they said I had to talk to manager. Called Expedia and they also said I had to talk to manager. When I called hotel there was no answer. Expedia spoke to her and she said their rooms/hotel were clean and we were in our room for 25 minutes and sat on the bed. No refund will be given. Is that Wyndham’s or No Ma’s idea of customer service? Horrible experience - terrible dirty facility - horrendous customer service - would never go back or recommend EVER!!
