They have to do a better job cleaning the bathroom. Being that the bathroom in the room that I was in was so tiny, I noticed everything.

There was a mouse in my room as well as the room next door to me. The staff accommodated me with a room change, but the lack of cleanliness in the hotel rooms combined with the mouse issue made it difficult to enjoy my stay. Additionally, the hotel bar/restaurant is set up like a nightclub and doesn't close until 2am. The bar/club area is mixed with the the dining area, so it's not ideal for dining with your family or friends. The food and drinks were average at best and not worth the price point.

Let's squeeze some bucks out of the guests...

Two night stay. Room itself was large and clean and the bed/mattress was excelent - no complaints. However, be warned that the restaurant becomes an event space/night club for non-guests at night and the parking lot is overwhelmed. We came back from dinner at another venue at 8:30 p.m. and we had to circle the lot several times to find a spot when someone finally left - at the far end of the lot. The kicker was when I questioned a $15 per night "Boutique Fee" on my bill and was told that it was for parking and other unspecified amenities. The staff claimed all websites contain a disclosure that parking is an extra (not disclosed on Hotels.com and certainly not charged to the several hundred party guests). We had breakfast in the restaurant - food was OK, but they threw in a 3% fee for using a credit card and added a 20% gratuity for barely acceptable service, without bothering to tell me.
