The room was clean and neat, nice tea selection and comfortable pillows/bed. Unfortunately the ice machine was out of order on our floor (2nd) and had to take elevator to 5th floor. And the most significant for us was the jacuzzi was out of order. We specifically, 100%, wanted a hotel with jacuzzi as we were planning to hike Sam's Point, explore the ice caves and do more adventurous hiking. And we did. So it was very disappointing to come back and not have a jacuzzi to unwind in. We definitely planned our vacation/trip expecting to have that relaxing ammenity. Also, the day of our departure there was construction in the lobby which we could hear in our room at 10AM. Check out wasn't until noon and after getting up early to do those hikes, we were really looking forward to sleeping in on our last day.

There was no water available in the hot water tap at the bathroom sink, the toilet clearly had a leak in the tank as it would periodically refill throughout the stay, and the shower had very very little water pressure.

Nice hotel, Great place to book !

Enjoyed my time here at the Sheraton Tarrytown Hotel. My room was clean and fairly spacious. The bathroom was quite nice as well. Would definitely book here again if I'm in Tarrytown down the road. Great hotel !

Ruth is the best waitress ever. We have been there several times, and she is wonderful. Jessica is a great front desk hostess. Jessica is always trying her best to help all the guest.

Pretty good hotel. Some rooms need updating. There were no luggage racks. No managers on the weekends. Dining said menu ordering but only cold buffets available. Reserved a two queen bed room but had to take a king size bed room because they were having a wedding and gave my room away.
