Loved the way the entire property smelled and the lobby was beautiful but the rooms were a bit outdated, you had to rent the microwave for the rooms, food specially breakfast was a bit pricey especially for not having meat on the menu and the times pool was open were horrible

Clean. Safe. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Easy parking. However, both times we have visited the heat did not work even though we tried the thermostat several times. Cool room would be ok if they had an extra blanket in the room. The mattress is on its last year. Pillows were perfect.

I gave the same overall rating of '3' that I gave when the hotel directly requested my evaluation. It's a very nice place, rooms were nice - plenty of space - and clean. Room temperature could not be lowered to be more comfortable. It was like the setting was stuck where they wanted it to be. Other issue that they lost points on was that restaurant was not open on time for breakfast. Posted time was 7-11AM & when I went down at 8:15 it wasn't open. And no one around to ask why. Front desk didn't even know. It eventually did open and seemed pricey for a self-serve buffet.

We have stayed here previously and had a wonderful stay, but after this stay we will not be back again. This stay was awful. The room, while very clean, had broken windows and screens. The toilet barely flushed and the shower was only providing boiling hot water - and the faucet mechanism felt like it was going to pull out of the wall. There was a constant drip in the tub no matter what we did. The other guest’s children were screaming and running up and down the hallways until well after 1am each night. There was garbage and messes left everywhere in the hallways and in the restaurants. Food was never cleaned up and put away after an evening dinner service. We mentioned this to the staff and they never even responded to my follow up email regarding all of these issues. We were extremely disappointed.

I hope they improve.

The property had an event and the people who attended the event were very rude. The facilities had so many issues and every time I’ve stayed there there is an issue. I didn’t get a passcode for WiFi. Their elevators and vending machines were also broken. I was on the second floor. With all these issues they still don’t offer any discounts which is insane. It was a pretty poor experience.

Entrance to this property is grand, but unfortunately that's where it ends. The room was old & outdated. Bed supports were squeaky. Phone didn't work. Pulled back bedding & stains, what looked like blood, were on the bottom sheet. Switched rooms. New room's air conditioning didn't work properly so it was stifling. It was raining heavily & in the morning, there was a puddle in the room. Housekeeping attempted to enter our room without knocking, luckily I had the security flap lock engaged. Brought issues up to staff at checkout & was offered free breakfast. Took the offer & was once again disappointed. Very limited continental breakfast, old, stale bagels & instant coffee! Nescafé! Who serves Nescafé?! As the only option?! Would definitely NOT recommend this place to ANYone! Worst 184$ I've ever spent.
