Didn’t warn us about renovations. Couldn’t access the hot tub or pool. The picture is deceiving. There are houses all around, in the middle of town and when I accidentally spilled something the lady gave me a towel to clean it up. Isn’t that their job!! The room was big and spacious the jacuzzi was relaxing. But besides that I am sorely disappointed. Do not let the picture deceive you.

Not what we expected

We were not informed that the hotel was under construction. The pool was not clean and the whirlpool tub was out of service. Our room window had a crack in it and the road noise was a bit exaggerated as a result of that. We chose it for the pool and hot tub and unfortunately both were disappointing.

Our “premium” room had partial view of the river and full view of the property next door… not what was expected. It was large and the huge bed comfy. The fire place was fake, pretty but fake. We were not informed it was undergoing renovations so no Pool or hottub. Staff as super friendly

The hotel was under construction,very unsafe, the pool and jacuzzi not available. Plywood was used for flooring and walls. The breakfast was microwaveable burritos, nothing made fresh. Horrible experience for the price I had to pay. Site on Expedia not true,false advertisement, very disappointed.

Property was great! Some of the other guests were obnoxious. Property is under remodel so there were adaptions made, but for the most part it was great!

The staff were friendly greeting us. We got to our room and the carpet was dirty with trail mix, a tag from something, and the garbage still had garbage in it. The hotel is under construction but pool and hot tub were still open. The breakfast was in the games room temporarily. They had adequate alternative while under construction. Just disappointed about the cleanliness and some kids running down the halls which was also out of their control. Considering we paid almost as much as the fancy lodge on the other side of town it was disappointing that the room wasn't cleaned properly.

Overall, a Nice Stay

The hotel first floor is being remodeled so that is good. It just happened to be on the south end of the building that we had to use. It was rough plywood for flooring as you came in the door. No problem as long as you watched your step. Looks like the foyer and dining area are two of the areas being updated. We had to go downstairs to the makeshift dining area. There was only cereal and 2 of 3 different kinds of muffins. We ended up going downtown to the Buffalo cafe.
