Our stay at Tru was great. We arrived earlier than planned and the front desk ladies were more than accommodating to get us in a room quickly so we could hurry to the softball fields for our daughter's tournament. The room was clean, smelled nice, had plenty of lighting, large flat screen t.v. welcoming us by name, and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash options were full and pleasantly scented. There were several options for entertainment if desired such as the outdoor pool with an additional hang out/fire pit area and an indoor pool table/game room. The continental breakfast was full of options, both hot and cold. Oatmeal, muffins, cereal, pancakes, eggs and bacon, fruit, and build your own breakfast sandwich. Everything stayed stocked and tidy. Staff was friendly and helpful all weekend. Really great stay and if we are back in Wichita Falls, we will be booking at Tru!

I ordered door dash and I was told I need to come down to the lobby to pick up my order. Per hotel policy. I’m not sure why this is a policy but it’s rude and inconsiderate.

My ac went out so I needed a hotel for the night. The staff were so friendly & helpful. The whole place was attractive & clean. My room was so cute & clean. Only thing I would change is having a microwave in the rooms. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I do not like the toiletry dispensers. They are awkward to use, requiring full use of both hands. They are awlwardly placed. A child has no way to wash hands independently. They just don't do the job.
