The door doesn't fit properly. Needs weather stripping to prevent the door from rattling horribly when the downstairs door is opened and closed. I placed a doubled washcloth around the door to enable us to sleep tonight. Please repair this banging door

The room was clean and the bedding materials were fine. However the claimed "free continental breakfast" was quite misleading. The only items available were fresh waffles and some individually packaged muffins, no eggs, milk, or fruit of any kind. It felt more like a minimal snack offering than a true breakfast.

Be careful what room you stay in, they’re running a scam in the room I stayed in about a broken faucet in the bathtub. They charged me an additional $500 for a broken faucet in the bathtub, That was their responsibility.

Quite a nice motel-hotel, done in the old fashioned western style. Chairs outside each room so you can sit ont he veranda and watch the world go by. Travelling with my dogs, it was a great place, with lots of walking area around and nearby. My room was very clean and nice; my only quibble would be that the room door didn't fit properly so when closed I could still see thru the jamb, a bit disconcerting. The front desk staff was incredibly nice, so I'll mark this one as a 'stay again' for my next trip thru this area.

The girl at the front desk was very nice. Housekeeping very nice. I did have a problem and the manager was not on property. Expedia called the property and the manager was not on property. I called after we left and the manager was unavailable, again. I emailed and didn't get a response.

Everything was ok except the following… Ac in room 202 is very loud when it kicks on every few minutes it will wake you up.. room temperature is not regulated it’s either too hot or too cold ..
