This staff is incredible what a hospitality. we don’t believe how much they help us. The beds are very comfortable and AC works very good. Room is very specious and this just one step away from the board walk you can’t beat the location is great

Not up to standard

Room was not newly renovated as per listing. Room was in ill repair. Entrance door handle kept falling off. Room had poor lighting and two of the lights did not work. There was no silverware in the kitchen. Also on check out the manager kept asking us to pay for cleaning in cash eventhough the cleanup fee was included in the amount listed on the Hotel.com quote and already charged against my credit card. Would not recommend.

I think I did this, but the room was good. I think the front desk should be cleaner, I thought I was in the wrong place. I did not want to stay at first but did. I left two days earlier because the internet just kept failing. My husband just was not happy. I was on vacation and he rented another place for the remaining two days!

Great location and amazing staff The apartment was very nice and clean Kitchen is full with enough utensils beds are very comfortable even I have back problems but that was so good for my back I slept like a baby Location is right front of the ocean you can see the sunrise and ocean from the room what a view Definitely coming back

Hello forget all reviews we going to put fair and real reviews what we saw that the front desk girl Patel she is extremely very good and the parking is very comfortable no piggyback parking that lady was saying horrible parking actually I saw from the balcony even she didn’t know how to back up and she was doing wrong tone and the front desk agent help to come till on the road and still she was mad on her I don’t believe it she was too mean and told her horrible parking and that blame on her I was shocked when I saw that but still she said to her have a safe trip and good day. People don’t know how to back up car and they mad on others

The lady in the office was nice, friendly & helpful. Location is excellent and walking distance to convention center. Hot water in room 1 does not work well. Micky Mouse should stay at Disney. The teenage wrestlers from War at the Shore Tournament in April were absolutely inconsiderate noisy and selfish. They obviously didn’t win.
