Staff was nice, but only got two vouchers for breakfast and was out and I was there 5 days. When I got there, the door would get stuck, couldn’t open or close so had to get another room, floor was dirty. Very noisy in the wee hours of the morning. Would have to flush toilet multiple times. Just not up to par for what I understand it used to be. Restaurants were good. I probably would not stay there again.

Bathroom exhaust fan didn't do its job. No place to hang wet towels, etc., so they might dry. Water pressure so high it splashed out of the sink and wouldnt stay in the shower & the shower curtain was torn. Toilet was low & difficult for seniors. Room curtains were torn. We wont stay there again!

The property was a little dated. The gym was closed. Although there was a nice selection of both hot and cold food at breakfast, it felt haphazardly placed and a little messy (not dirty).

This property is a cool concept. Itvreminds me of a cryuise ship. The grounds are beautiful and it has a lot of features.An indoor pool, outdoor pool, restaurants overlooking a stream. The staff was friendly and the included breakfast was good. For the price it was a good value. I didn't give this prooerty a 5 star rating for the following reasons: The jacuzzi was not working and looks like it has been out of service for some time. Thatvshoukd have been noted on the listing. The workout room was also :undergoing renovations:. There are 4 slot machines but we couldn't play them because the kiosk which converts cash to tickets wasn't working. I called for service on Friday night and it still wasn't working on Sunday morning.

Check in was good. I first went to use the restroom in the facility and it was old and creepy with no toilet paper. When I got to the room it wasn’t that bad until I took the sheet off to check the bed and the mattress was soiled. They upgraded me to the “ Presidents Suite” which was outdated and dusty. It screamed old and creepy. The Sofia was soiled and the carpet was tore up in different spots. There was dust everywhere and it smelled old. The bed was clean but very uncomfortable. The jacuzzi was old as well but functional. The bathroom was nice along with the the kitchenette. The balcony and furniture was old and peeling with cracks. This place looks like it was very nice back in the day but no major upgrades were done. It has potential they just need to invest in making the place cleaner and update several things like new pillow top mattress as one. The people and staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is only one out door pool that looked unclean and closed at 7pm. Overall it was ok

Woodlands is the perfect name. You are unaware of the outside City. An inner courtyard with a pool and trees, plus a stream that runs along the back of the building. The bar has an outside seating area and all you hear is the stream and the wind through the trees. Quite unusual. The room and the cost were very good.
