It was just for one night and it was just that . More so like the trap hotel .. needs carpet cleaning you can tell whomever bought the hotel got it how it was !! Very piss poor decor !! Room mediocre!! Plumbing problems had to plug my own toilet !!! I want my money back honestly !! Nice decor but it was very unkept !! Needs detail cleaning !! Better paint job carpet nasty in the hallways !! The tower of terror I mean elevator was a different story . I liked the staff tho

AC worked, but the temp range varied widely so I went from being sweaty to being too cold and needing a blanket. Also the air had a moist feel to it that I could feel in my lungs with each breath

Bed was comfortable, good air conditioning. Good proximity to Water Country USA. Breakfast food was bland and covered with flys. Coffee tasted burnt. Carpet in hallway (at least on the 7th floor) was borderline gross. Staff at front desk were quick, thorough and courteous.

Very nice man at front desk. No info on how to use tv. Shower dripping all night made bathroom floor hazardous. Super noisy people in hall until about 2 pmt. Remote control, knobs, other items dirty. Freezer in fridge broken. Air conditioner was very loud. A very poor value.

We were in the property 5 minutes before leaving and booking another one. The advertisement online was nothing like the property, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, the toilet was broken, the wallpaper was peeling off. I would rather have stayed in section 8. And to top it off they are now being difficult about refunding our money. Do not stay here

The Wyndham Garden hotel and rooms were nice and clean. The hotel pool was good and also clean. The parking area needs to be repaved and improved with better lighting. Otherwise the hotel is very convenient to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA amusement parks.

All is well and ends well 😇

This was a trip for my 4yr wedding anniversary. The room was nice and the peace we experienced was unbelievable! All was going well until other guests checked in on Friday. As we were leaving out Saturday afternoon, we saw a roach coming from the room across and crawl up our door. The next sighting was Sunday morning around 1am. I woke up in pain and went to the sink, when I saw another roach crawling in under the door. Now, we have been here once before and NEVER had this issue. Apparently, the other guest had friends tag along. This was utterly disgusting and from there we just decided to go purchase spray and spray near their door. We didnt experience any more issues. I will say this, the staff are very polite and nice. However, the breakfast could use a different cook or just train him to do better. The pancakes had NO FLAVOR, pork sausage IS NOT our food and they looked raw and the hashbrowns needed to be THOROUGHLY COOKED ALL THE WAY! Raw potatoes are not a good food to serve, maybe crisp them up more PLEASE. At the end, we really enjoyed our stay and will return again. Thank you for everything!

This is single-handedly one of the worst hotels my family and I have ever stayed in. The entire thing holding the name Wyndham is completely misleading, this is anything but the quality of that you’ve come to appreciate and expect. Checking in was far too slow due to the POS system not being connected. I’m assuming it is because of the faulty WIFI attached to the building, but more on that later. The bottom of the pool is unfinished and scratches up your feet, the large cracks and holes in the side of it don’t help either. The hallway outside of the elevators has a distinct musty, nasty smell that is certainly overpowering. The elevators weren’t finished out when we checked in around 5pm, but not to worry, just after 10pm, the sound of construction work echoed all the way up the elevator shaft and into the hallways of each floor, even up to the sixth. True story, after 10pm at night, they had a crew using power saws and equipment to install vinyl flooring while everyone tried to sleep, it kept our son and nephews up all night long. The bathrooms were disgusting, there were cracks in the shower and toilet, unfinished paint up and down the walls and frame. The AC unit sounded like metal grinding and scraping when it shut down after reaching the desired temp, only to start up again in agony. The usb charger on the desk melted my Apple Watch charger to the desk itself. To top it off, our door wouldn’t shut unless we pushed it forcefully. Pay more to stay elsewhere.
