I had an event at 4:00, check-in was supposed to be 3 and I was told it wouldn’t be available until 4:00. Then I had to use a credit card that I didn’t want to use because the attendant could t figure out how to operate the computer. Shower door wouldn’t close so water was all over the floor and I fell getting out of the shower! NEGATIVE stars on this visit!

Worst hotel we ever stayed at

The whole hotel had a very strong smell of weed and musty odor. The breakfast was unedtilable. Worst tasting food, the toilets in our room and father in law’s room didn’t work and had to call management up to fix them. They still didn’t work right. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room. On day 4 we had to find a different hotel cause this one was so horrible. Management was a joke.

The hotel is poorly maintained and does not meet basic cleanliness standards. The room was dusty, and the bed sheets were visibly stained with hair and dirt. When I contacted the front desk to request fresh sheets, the staff member entered the room without knocking, which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were dated but sufficient. There was some maintenance happening while we were there on the elevators, so that inconvenience won't be a common occurrence. Overall, great place to stay for a convenient drive to the Bush Gardens parks.
