Welcome to Cozy Corner, a private guest house attached to the right side of the main home on Columbia Ave in Carolina Beach. This cozy retreat is designed for simple, comfortable beach living with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Inside, you’ll find a clean and inviting open-concept space with 1 queen bed in a separate sleeping area divided by a partial wall and curtain for privacy, plus a sleeper sofa in the living area, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. The home is bright, uncluttered, and easy to settle into after a day at the beach.

Step outside to your own fenced-in private patio area perfect for morning coffee, evening wind-downs, or simply enjoying the coastal air in peace.

Parking is located on Columbia Ave in the grassy area along the trees in front of the apartment. Look for the entry gate with the sign “The Cozy Corner.” Entry is keyless, and your door code will be sent via message by 3 PM on your arrival day for a smooth, flexible check-in.

You’re in a great location to explore Carolina Beach local restaurants, shops, the beach and boardwalk. Mike Chappell Park is only a few blocks away with tennis courts, basketball, a skate park, soccer fields, and a 3-mile walking and bike trail. The Carolina Beach Recreation Center is also just minutes away.

Getting around is easy—most guests enjoy biking, walking, or golf carts, all of which can be rented nearby. You’re also close to Carolina Beach State Park for hiking, fishing, kayaking, and boating.

Very small and noisy

The unit was “cozy” indeed. 3 of us Literally crawling over each other. This was also a “no party” place and yet the owners rented out the main suite of the house to 2 dozen kids who partied about 8 cars on the front lawn and partied all weekend till 4 am. Which was pretty lame.

Perfect Hidden Gem

Cozy and Convenient

My mom and I took a short trip to North Carolina over Memorial Day weekend! This cozy, little one bedroom/studio place was perfect for us. The place was clean when we arrived and the Checkin process was super easy/efficient. It was conveniently located - far enough from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk but close enough to enjoy all that Carolina Beach has to offer. The first night, we did have to reach out to the owners due to the people on the connecting side being ridiculously loud but we received a prompt response and we didn’t hear anything the rest of our stay. I would recommend this place for a single person traveling alone or a couple of people.

Great location as able to either walk in about 15 min or drive to the beach or boardwalk in less than 5 min. Nice to have a fenced in patio area with chairs and picnic table with going into entrance of the CC. CC is clean and nicely decorated. Would stay here again.

Great Stay

The property is exactly how it is presented in pictures and the description. It was perfect for my family of four. The property owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We rented a golf cart and it made travel to the beach and restaurants easy. Hope to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Cute Little Beach Place

This place was super clean and had all of the necessities. Although it is very small, it worked well for my group of 4 people for two nights. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach, but it’s not too terrible. Communication with the owners was easy and they responded quickly.
