Over all good price. Bathroom was large but space not utilized well: sink area small, shower cramped, short toilet. The room was very dark even with lights on. Broken elevator. Staff kind, breakfast smelt good but didn’t eat.

The area around the hotel felt safe. We were headed to a family memorial service so it was a rather somber occasion for us. The staff was friendly. The room was very nice and clean. The only very small complaints I have is that the sink stopper did not work and one of the electric window shades did not work.

The staff was amazing. When they found out this was our pups last road trip (because she has cancer), they gave her so much loving! I think they would have done this anyway, but it made our hearts smile. Thank you!

Very convenient location about a mile from Independence mall. Nice hotel. Safe. Friendly helpful staff. Small but nice gym with outdoor pool and outdoor fire pit.

The gentleman at check-in was exceptional and made it very quick and easy. The room was clean, large and comfortable. There were several places for good food in the area and it was very close to the dog show I was attending. They welcomed my dog too. Best hotel stay ever for me.

Everything was orderly but weird smellin hallway. Worse in room. Tried to spray cologne but made it worse. Smelled stale, musty, like dried sweat. Im thankful i didn't have to spend much time in the room. At breakfast, the coffee was good. Its okay for a short unexpected stay though. Not impressed, especially for the price. Staff were nice and helpful.
