It's under renovation so I'm sure it's going to be nice after that is done but my room which was not yet updated smelled like smoke and there was also a plastic bag over the smoke detector. It was fine for a place to crash.

did not know till too late to cancel but there is a higher incidentally fee that is more than the motel room for the night. nothing on hotels.com mentions this. yes you get it back but than can take days. THIS SHOULD BE LISTED ON HOTELS.COM WEBSITE room walls paper thin. could hear everthing going on in next room-- domestic issue, had to call front desk- house phone not working had to look up front desk on internet to call them.. police end up being called this lasted several hours

Staff did nothing about the multiple complaints from multiple people regarding loud music, loud arguing and smell of weed in hallways and in certain rooms. Went to front desk several times and no staff was there, the lights were off and office door closed. Pool water was extremely cold and pool towels were not stocked - let the front desk know and towels still never got stocked and was told they only run the heater in the pool for a short period of time during the day. One day maintenance was covering the front desk because the day time manager never showed up for work. We stayed two nights and had the same issues each night/day.
