Side door entering the entrance to stairs up to 242 where i stayed was constantly being rigged open. Went on for hours and my son came over way later for a hour and the manager blamed him and told him he didnt belong their...hes 9yrs old. Do not do laundry there either i put a load over into the dryyer and watched somebody run down the hall with clothes, lets guess i checked all my wet clothes were on the ground scattered through. I called desk but i handled my own way. There were several couples smoking weed and crack in the halls at night and my rooms floor turned my socks bottoms tar black. The sink leaked underneath badly as well as the fridge.

A horrible night at Sonesta

The room that I received first had a dirty condom on the sofa. I was moved to another room and as I entered the room, it was already somebody occupying it.

The Good: Very nice desk staff, nicely appointed room. Plenty of parking, multiple carded entry access points. Traveled wit a small dog, easy walking environment around periphery of hotel. The Bad: No breakfast (not even coffee). Room next door was noisy until 2 am. Had I been alone I’d have called the front desk to complain but my spouse was asleep. I was afraid if I left the room our dog would start barking and wake people in neighboring rooms as well.
