Very nice property. Staff was excellent and pleasant. Breakfast was fresh. The only thing negative would be the end rooms next to the on ramp are a little noisy. Other than that we had a great stay.

Hotel does not provide soap in the bathrooms. They want you to use body wash in its place. Not terrible but not very hygienic. Otherwise it was a good location.

Uhm not the best

We arrived around 9pm for check in. After I was checked in a was told I needed a credit card to hold 25$ on during my overnight stay. I paid with hotel points for the entire booking and no where was this told to me so I wasn’t prepared. (The credit card I had on me was one that will hold the entire amount in my account not just 25$) my key card didn’t work to get in the pool that evening and it was small the pictures online showed nice chairs with tables to sit at while my kids swam those were not there or available. She advised me that my water cup couldn’t come in we said ok is it ok if we left it in the entrance area (there was a room off the pool that we were asking about) she got an attitude I’m just telling you what the rules say no drinks inside the pool area….uhm ok but can I leave it here outside the pool area vs lugging all my kids back upstairs to drop it off, to which she answered yeah sure. We stayed in the pool and headed upstairs there were minimal towels available and they were the small little ones that don’t cover your front let alone your back (so ask for extra bath towels bc they only give you 2 in the room and room service “isn’t allowed”) the next morning we got up after little sleep as the highway is RIGHT next to the room so be prepared for that. Went downstairs to have breakfast they offered eggs potatoes and the normal pancakes yogurt oatmeal cereal. My son found a spider in his cereal bowl the yogurt was not cold at all….i do not recommend.

The youn g woman at check in stood when she saw me about tobenter, remained standing throughput. She was friendly, g e nuine and thorough. Infelt truly welcome. Tonight was Darci's first solo at the desk. She delivered a WOW experience!
