This was a budget stay that met my needs. It is close to Shenandoah University with easy access to downtown Winchester. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was pretty limited. They did have hard boiled eggs and waffle makers. The bathroom in my room was not spic and span; the floor was not clean. Some of the hallways that I had to pass through had an unpleasant musty odor.

Okay stay - accessibility a problem

we stayed one night with two rooms - they were accommodating in moving one room closer to the other - helpful at the desk - rooms were clean - we had one accesible room and have the following comments regarding that: room was on the second floor (there was an elevator) so would be a problem in an emergency where the elevators couldn't be used - also room was at the end of the hallway furthest from the stairs - the bed was too high for easy access for people with disabilities and the shower seat in the shower was a built-in seat farthest from the shower spray hose - free continental breakfast was ok but meager - everything else was ok
